How We Started

BAGSFORU began when our founder, after years of buying bags that either fell apart in months or cost a small fortune, decided to do something about it. The idea was straightforward: curate a focused collection of everyday bags that actually hold up, bags with thoughtful details like reinforced straps, secure closures, and functional pockets, without the unnecessary markup.

We spent months testing samples, rejecting anything that didn't meet our standards for durability and everyday usability. What started as a personal project became BAGSFORU.

What We Do Differently

We're not trying to be everything to everyone. We focus on one thing: practical bags for real life.

Every bag in our collection is hand-selected based on three criteria: Will it last? Is it comfortable to carry? Does it actually work for everyday use? If a bag doesn't check all three boxes, we don't sell it.

We test every product ourselves before adding it to the store - checking stitching quality, strap comfort, zipper smoothness, and whether it holds its shape over time. The bags you see on our site are the ones that passed.

BAGSFORU is operated by BDY Production AB, a company registered in Sweden. Our customer support team works US Eastern hours to serve our American customers, and we're reachable by phone or email Monday through Friday.

We're a small operation - just a few people who care about getting this right. We may not have a giant warehouse or a celebrity spokesperson, but we do have standards, and we take pride in every bag we ship.
