At BAGSFORU, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@bagsforu.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number.

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the correct return address. Returns must be sent to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as this ensures your return is processed correctly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
