You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with their original tags attached.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our return policy.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at contact@bagsforu.com to obtain a return number and detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued.

Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days. Processing (2–3 days) and shipping (4–9 days).

We offer free delivery on all orders within the United States.

We currently ship within the United States only.
